WASHINGTON, DC, May 4, 2016 — Greek-American and Cypriot-American leaders from across the country and Hellenes from around the world will be gathering in Washington, DC for the 32nd Annual Cyprus and Hellenic Leadership Conference June 7-9.

Conference participants will again be meeting with the highest-level administration officials who formulate U.S. policy toward Cyprus, Greece and Turkey. In recent years, we’ve met with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, then-U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, dozens of other officials from the White House and State Department as well as – each year – with over 45 key U.S. Senators and Members of Congress who serve on the pertinent committees and subcommittees, and others, who play a major role in policy.

Below please find a Conference Agenda.

In order to participate in this important conference, please:

1. Fill out and submit the electronic registration form.
2. Mail in your payment to finalize your registration.
Checks should be made out to “PSEKA Cyprus Conference” and mailed to PSEKA Cyprus Conference, 1100 New Hampshire Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20037. Please indicate registrant name(s) in memo field.
3. Reserve one of the reduced-rate hotel rooms ($309/night) at the Madison Hotel:

6:30 – 8:30 pm Welcoming reception hosted by the Ambassador of Cyprus [Embassy of Cyprus, 2211 R Street, NW]

Wednesday, June 8

7:45 am Buses depart for Capitol Hill

8:30 – 10:00 am Individual meetings in offices of Senators and Members who will not come by to speak to the group

10:00 am – 12:00 noon Reception with approximately 20 key Members of Congress [Rayburn Gold Room, 2168 Rayburn House Office Building]

12:00 noon Conference participants walk to Visitor’s Center

12:30 – 2:00 pm Lunch and meetings with key U.S. Senators [209 Senate Visitor’s Center]

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Individual meetings in offices of Senators and Members who will not come by to speak to the group

6:00 pm Cocktails
7:00 pm Banquet [Madison Hotel, Dolly Madison Ballroom, Second Floor]

Thursday, June 9

9:00 am Breakfast and Closing Session [Madison Hotel]

11:00 am (approx.) White House briefing [White House Complex, Indian Treaty Room]
