Crozer-Keystone Recognizes Employees of the Quarter

April 22, 2015 (Springfield, Pa) – Crozer-Keystone recently chose seven employees as a recipient of the Employee of the Quarter award. Each employee received a framed certificate for their accomplishment and a $100 check courtesy of the health system.

The winners were selected from over 100 employees nominated for this award. Here are the seven employees selected, along with an excerpt from their nomination.

• Lakesha Collins, Medical Assistant at Crozer Medical Associates
• “She is very compassionate and strives to assist the patient as well as the providers who care for them.”
• Catherine Durgun, Recovery Center at Community Hospital
  • “Cathie is always there to help each and every employee and treats all of us in a very respectful manner.”
• Margaret (Peggy) Murphy, Radiation Therapy at Delaware County Memorial Hospital
  • “Peggy always treats people with kindness despite being consumed with other administrative duties.”
• Cathleen Petrucci, Wellness Nurse Navigator at Crozer-Chester Medical Center
  • “She is genuinely interested in assisting each client to achieve a healthy lifestyle.”
• Marsha Pierre, Rehabilitation at Taylor Hospital
  • “Marsha will sing with you, pray with you, encourage you, and give you a hand to hold. She is truly full of love.”
• Dennis Ward, Maintenance at Springfield Hospital
  • “During this extreme winter weather, he was someone that you could call at a last minute’s notice, even if he was on his way home. Dennis would return to make sure the need was met.”
• Paula Zimmerman, Radiology at Brinton Lake Imaging
  • “She is polite, courteous, always going the extra mile for a patient, and ALWAYS has a smile on her face.”

Non-management Crozer-Keystone employees from all hospital sites, outpatient services sites and Crozer-Keystone Health Network offices are eligible for the Employee of the Quarter award that recognizes those employees who day in, day out serve as a wonderful example for their co-workers in one or more of the following ways:
