The future is already at our doorstep and the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA) opens the debate to help understand the new wonderful world of Artificial Intelligence.
Through a series of discussions between the President of ANA-MPA, Aimilios Perdikaris and the Special Secretary for Long-Term Planning, Yannis Mastrogeorgiou, an attempt is made to undrestand the greatest technological revolution experienced by the human species since its appearance and the popularization of the knowledge and concepts of Artificial Intelligence.
What does Artificial Intelligence mean? What are the main areas where it will be applied? How will it evolve and how will it affect our lives? Does it pose any risks? Should we fear robots taking over the world? What will our world be like in a decade or two? Will our lives be better or more complicated?
These are some of the questions that fuel the development of the conversation, with the interlocutors attempting in simple, everyday speech to provide answers for everyone and everything.
The series of discussions evolves into five thematic sections:
