In her speech, Ms. Syregela emphasized the ratification of Convention 190 of the International Labor Organization (ILO) on the Elimination of Violence and Harassment in the World of Work, noting that, for the first time, there will be specific codes of conduct in businesses. The Undersecretary of Labor also reminded that there will be a special department in the Labor Inspectorate that will handle these complaints, while emphasizing the important role of counseling centers.
