Philadelphia, PA- The Hellenic University Club of Philadelphia has entered its 80th Year of philanthropic service to the Greek-American Community in the Philadelphia Tri-State area. On September 13, 2015, HUC hosted an opening reception in honor of its 80th Anniversary. Mr. George Pappas, President of HUC thanked the energetic crowd for attending the opening reception and shared with the audience that this will be HUC’s best year yet with great activities planned. The newly elected officers include: Mr. George N. Pappas, President, Katerina Dimitriadis, Vice President, Nikoleta Tzaferos, Esq., Recording Secretary, Demetrios M. Papazaharias, Corresponding Secretary and Zoe A. Tripolitis, Treasurer. Directors include: Meropi Keares, Col. J. Craig Nannos, USA Ret., Charles P. Sandilos, Esq., Virginia Botsis, Billie P.
