Dear Paul,
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Hellenic News of America, I would like to congratulate you and your distinguished team for this great success of the newspaper, and to wish you and your family health and vitality to continue on this road of success for the next 25 years and beyond. The Hellenic Diaspora in America and globally should be proud to have people like you in its ranks.
The service which you have provided to Greek American Community over the years is invaluable indeed and should be recognized by the Hellenic State for what it is, a national service to the ideal of the preservation of the perennial values of Hellenism in America. The bilingual format of the paper is a distinct characteristic that should be retained and encouraged for it keeps the Greek Community, especially the younger generations, connected with their roots.
With best wishes for this joyous occasion.
Yours truely,
Christos C. Evangeliou
Professor of Hellenic Philosophy
