The Office of Strategic Services Congressional Gold Medal Act (HR 3929) was passed by the Senate earlier this year with 73 cosponsors. It has 318 cosponsors in the House. Time is running out to get it passed before the end of the 114th Congress.
This bill needs the support of the House Majority leader in order to be passed. Please call Rep. Kevin McCarthy today at 202-225-4000, and ask him to support passage of this bill that will honor some of the greatest heroes of the “greatest generation.” When you call, tell them this is the only Congressional Gold Medal bill in Congress that has been passed the Senate and has the requisite support to be passed by the House.
