Throughout his tenure with the GCF, Sam Matthews has played an instrumental role in raising and distributing over $10 Million to more than 10,000 needy pediatric patients. His commitment to making a difference in their lives has been exemplified through his involvement in a series of successful fundraising events. Notable among them are the sold-out Concert of Hope at Madison Square Garden, the groundbreaking International Greek telethon with Antenna Satellite TV, several National Greek TV telethons, Greek Night with the Mets, as well as various dinner galas and fundraising events.
Sam’s passion for philanthropy extends beyond his role at the GCF. As an entrepreneur with over three decades of experience, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to giving back to the community. Sam is happily married to Anastasia for over 20 years, and together they have four beautiful children, Athena, Niki, Steele, and Phoebe.
