St. Sophia’s Greek Orthodox Church of Jeffersonville, PA hosted its annual festival on Wednesday, May 27th through Sunday, May 31st. Not only did visitors get to experience Greek delicacies such as gyro, souvlaki and Greek pastries, but were also able to admire the new church that was recently built from up close. Another festival delight was that the Hope dance group performed a few traditional Greek dances for the crowd. The business village was organized by Costas Samios and the festival’s chair was John Papadimitriou. A big thank you to all of the festival’s volunteers.
