Fourteen teams competed in the 6th Annual Hellory Tournament held Saturday, November 22nd in Orange, CT.

The teams were from six different states throughout New England, NY and NJ. The matches tested the participants’ knowledge of

Hellenic history. Many of the matches were closely contested with only a couple of points separating the winner and the loser.

This year’s champion was Newport, RI who defeated Paramus, NJ in a close match in the finals. Newport defeated last year’s

Champion, New Rochelle, NY in the semi-final round to make it to the finals.  The top two teams won scholarship money for their college fund.
