Ted’s journey began in 1990 when he first set foot in the United States. After honing his skills in various establishments, he opened his own restaurant in 2016, a venture that would become the beloved Greek On Main. “I wanted to create something more than just a taverna. I wanted to showcase the richness of our culture through our menu,” Ted explains.
