The draft law “Public health actions – Arrangements to strengthen the National Health System” was introduced on Thursday to the parliament plenary for debate and voting. In the same bill are introduced regulations for the implementation of the national action plan for public health, the conditions for the private practice of doctors of the National Health System (NHS), the prescription of drugs, the clawback mechanism, the National Public Health Organization , the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services, the National Central Health Procurement Authority and the Panhellenic Medical Association, the hospitals of the NHS, the Health Regions and Health Centers as well as the medically assisted reproduction.
