July 27, 2015 (Springfield, Pa) – Crozer-Keystone recently chose seven employees as a recipient of the Employee of the Quarter award. Each employee received a framed certificate for their accomplishment and a $100 check courtesy of the health system.
The winners were selected from over 60 employees nominated for this award. Here are the seven employees selected, along with an excerpt from their nomination.
- Karen Delange, RN, Emergency Department at Delaware County Memorial Hospital
- “Karen is the ultimate RN, team player and advocate for her patients.”
- Jo Anne Falkowski, Administrative Assistant, Crozer-Keystone Health Network
- “She keeps the team on task and is always pleasant and helpful in her interactions. Jo Anne brings her best to CKHN every day.”
- Heather Magee, RN, Rehabilitation Unit at Taylor Hospital
- “She is an excellent role model and an excellent nurse. Heather has been a true change agent.”
- Adrienne Maimone, Child Family Services at Community Hospital (based at Marple Education Center)
- “Working offsite with kids within the Autism Spectrum Disorder, Adrienne represents the epitome of what you hope to have in an employee. Someone that is dedicated to their job, their clients, has a positive attitude, is loyal, gentle and kind in her interactions with clients and her peers.”
- Donna Stewart, Front Service Desk Coach at Healthplex Sports Club
- “The members absolutely love her. Her communication skills and her approach to solving questions asked of her from members have proven so valuable for us.”
- Stacey Sweeney, RN, Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Brinton Lake
- “Stacey serves as an excellent role model and mentor for new employees. She always delivers outstanding performance in her role as an OR nurse. She has in depth knowledge in all specialty areas and is respected by both her peers and physicians.”
- Abbey Weintraub, Patient Relations at Crozer-Chester Medical Center
- “Abbey will see everything through from start to finish, and she goes out of her way to help patients and co-workers.”
Non-management Crozer-Keystone employees from all hospital sites, outpatient services sites and Crozer-Keystone Health Network offices are eligible for the Employee of the Quarter award that recognizes those employees who day in, day out serve as a wonderful example for their co-workers in one or more of the following ways:
