Dear Hellenic News – congratulations on the success your paper has enjoyed for all of us that are Greek (my wife) or Hellenes (myself)!

I wish to mention one individual writing for your paper that stands out as exceptional, Professor Robert Zaller. Professor Zaller’s extensive knowledge of history, politics, literature and human nature makes for incisive, intellectual and unique insights into Greek, European and world events. When reading one of his articles, which are more like essays, one comes away with a deeper and more thoughtful understanding of the subject.

Professer Zaller’s numerous books, published by prestigious university presses, whether on literature or history are written with a mastery of the subject and new perspective from the standard treatment of the matter. He has received numerous awards and grants.

It would be fitting for him to be specially recognized when you celebrate your anniversary.

Another outstanding contributor and correspondent is Robert’s partner and Greek muse, Lili Bita. Lili does not only artfully cover greek cultural events in America and Greece; she is an internationally renowned performer, classically trained actress, author, poetess, instructor, and living example of Greek culture and accomplishments.
