Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias again sent the clear message that Greece has only one difference with Turkey. It wishes and seeks for its peaceful solution according to the international Law of the Sea, in an interview with the Sunday newspaper Proto Thema.
“If this becomes feasible depends on the willingness of the other side, underlined Dendias.
In terms of the dialogue with Turkey, Dendias said that Greece will go in good faith and sincere disposition because the national view is that the problems are resolved only through dialogue.
He expressed his satisfaction as he concludes his term at the Foreign Ministry “with a climate in the Greek-Turkish relations that may open us a window of opportunity.
Referring to the elections, Dendias said that what is at stake on May 21 is the country to remain in a course of growth, to converge with the most advanced European countries and the protection of the European acquis as institutional operational framework of the country,
Concluding, Nikos Dendias underlined that “New Democracy is a really popular party and that the Left does not have “the monopoly of the heart”.
