George Moutis, a distinguished member of the Greek Orthodox community of St. George Greek Orthodox Parish in Ocean, New Jersey, and a respected figure in the construction industry, will be honored at the 33rd Hermes Expo on June 19th at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, NJ. The event will celebrate Mr. Moutis’s outstanding accomplishments and contributions to both his faith community and the construction sector.

George Moutis’s dedication to his faith and community is unparalleled. For over three decades, he has been a pillar of the St. George Greek Orthodox Parish, serving in various leadership roles and demonstrating unwavering commitment. As the Youth Director of the Greek Orthodox Youth of America (GOYA), Sunday School Teacher, and Festival Chair, he actively engages the next generation in Orthodox faith and community service, leaving a lasting impact on the youth of the parish and beyond.

In addition to his roles within the local parish, Mr. Moutis has made significant contributions at the NJ Metropolis level, organizing events such as Mr./Miss GOYA, Olympics, Holy Cross and Lenten Retreats, and fostering interfaith dialogue and understanding as a Board Member of the Monmouth Center for World Religions and Ethical Thought (MCWRET).

Professionally, George Moutis has demonstrated unparalleled expertise in construction management as the leader of Structural Concepts, Inc. for 38 years. His multifaceted skill set and leadership capabilities have been instrumental in overseeing all facets of construction projects and shaping the growth and development of the company.
