The German Ambassador to Greece Ernst Reichel said he was optimistic that “together, we can address the challenges” after the end of the 3rd Hellenic-German Innovation Forum in Athens. The forum was held on Monday and Tuesday, organised by the German Embassy and the Hellenic-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
“The two days of discussions on many different sectors of innovation, from research to health and from the modern labour world to energy, filled us with optimism that together, we can address the challenges,” Reichel said to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency.
Additionally, the German envoy sent the message that Greece has made significant progress in its modernisation, noting that the pressure in Germany for reforms is high, citing the energy transition as an example.
