Crozer-Keystone Health System Launches New, Mobile-Friendly Website to Improve Patient Experience, Accessibility

Crozer-Keystone Health System today launched a new, mobile-responsive website that enables users to find providers and practices, request an appointment and stay connected with the health system from their desktop, tablet or smartphone. The site is also accompanied by a new design and user interface to improve readability and highlight important information. Earlier this year, Crozer-Keystone Health Network also updated its secure, web-based patient portal, myCKHealth, to a mobile-friendly format.

“The amount of people visiting our website from mobile devices has grown consistently over the past few years and now makes up more than one third of our total visitors,” says Grant Gegwich, vice president of public relations and Marketing for Crozer-Keystone Health System. “Our new site gives patients easy access to the tools they need, no matter what device they’re using.”

The mobile-responsive format automatically resizes text, images and videos and rearranges navigation to best fit the device on which it is displayed. This approach is compatible with a wider range of devices than Crozer-Keystone’s previous mobile website.

Crozer-Keystone’s website includes new “Find a Provider” and “Find a Location” features on nearly every service-based page, allowing users to quickly identify the doctors and practices most relevant to their needs. The site also seamlessly interfaces with other mobile features, allowing users to call providers or get directions at the tap of a button.

The launch also includes a new website for the Healthplex^® Sports Club at Springfield Hospital.
