“Greece is today a pillar of stability, peace and development in Southeast Europe and the Balkans,” Deputy Development and Investments Minister Christos Dimas said on Wednesday, speaking at the Western Balkans Summit 2022 organised by “The Economist”.
He added: “For our country, the European perspective of the Western Balkans will contribute to the prosperity of the wider region, which is why we support their inclusion.”
Dimas spoke about the challenges of the time and the opportunities that lie ahead to improve the business environment in Greece, the high potential of human resources, the reforms in the innovation ecosystem and domestic investment opportunities in Research and Development.
