Greek National Defence Minister Nikos Dendias met with his counterpart of the United Kingdom Secretary of State for Defence Ben Wallace, in London on Monday.
Apart from issues of regional and international significance, they discussed the UK-Greece Joint Vision Statement, the two countries’ new defence and security agreement signed in February 2023. This agreement helps both countries face common challenges, and creates the framework for future collaborations, a UK defence ministry representative told Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA-MPA).
Dendias also met with representatives of King Charles’ charity organization The Prince’s Trust, with whom the Greek minister discussed the potential collaboration of the trust with the Greek armed forces.
