On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21st, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros visited Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church. During the event Hudson Odysseus AHEPA Chapter 545 of Middletown, NY was honored to present a check by our President Dr. Tony Danas for $500 to the Archbishop for the Archdiocesan COVID-19 Relief Fund. The presentation of the check was part of the efforts made by the Hudson Odysseus chapter to help address the negative effects of the pandemic on our local community and families. Other efforts have included a “gyros for heroes” donation to our local hospital, a donation of over $2,000 to families in need and assistance to local families in need of household and infant and child care items.
