Significant increase of the account surplus of renewable energy sources is foreseen by the competent authority of Greece. Specifically, a positive balance of 265 million euros in June and July (compared to 63 million) is expected.
According to the data, in July, Renewable Sources units with a capacity of 8.6 gigawatts were in operation throughout the country (of which 4.3 gigawatts were wind-enrgy parks and 3.2 gigawatts were photovoltaic parks).
