Superstar magician Criss Angel chatted with me about his new A&E television show “Trick’D Up’,” which premieres on Oct. 12.

“I have been working on Trick’D Up with a group of incredibly talented people,” he said. “The show comes out on Oct. 12, and it is going to kick some major ass. We’ve never seen magic on television like this. The show is revolutionary. There is more original magic in this show than any magic show. There are over 30 different, incredible illusions. Even more importantly, it is how it is presented. It is not presented with all this filler, and waste of time set-up, and presentations, and mundane approach to magic as we have seen year after year with the magic shows that come out on television. This is the craziest, most in-your-face, obnoxiously delicious magic show ever to be televised.”

Angel exclaimed, “It is going to be badass.”
