KOUZINA RECIPE OF THE MONTH: MINI LAMB BURGERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
2 whole egg each
5 lbs ground lamb
5 lbs ground beef
1 lb Spanish or yellow onion, grated
Garlic, chopped
Kosher salt
Pepper
1 oz fresh rosemary
1 oz fresh oregano
6 oz panko bread crumbs
Pita bread
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients and patty into 3 oz portions.
Grill each patty until desired cook temperature.

Grill pita and cut into 4 or use cookie cutter to cut into circles.

Mix chopped arugula and your favorite tzatziki sauce and place on pita with mini lamb burger.
