Emanuel J. Cotronakis was elected to the Executive Committee of Leadership 100 at the meeting of the Board of Trustees on November 3, 2023.
Cotronakis has served as Legal Counsel since 2012 when he was elected to the Board of Trustees. He and his wife, Elaine, joined Leadership 100 in 2008. Cotronakis is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of LRP Media Group, an innovative media giant specializing in education administration, education law and federal employment. Prior professional experiences include serving as President of HRM Asia Pte., in Singapore where he acquired, grew and sold a multi-platform media and events company helping to build, connect and celebrate the professional HR community in Asia-Pacific; serving as CEO and Managing Director of Palm Beach Securities LLC as well as Executive Vice President of Jacobs Investments, Inc. where he oversaw the private equity and portfolio company investments and operations of an ultra-high-net-worth family office. Additionally, Cotronakis was a partner and International Team leader with Baker & Hostetler LLP.
Emanuel Cotronakis
Cotronakis received his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998 and his B.A. in Economics from Case Western Reserve University in 1992. While in law school, he served as White House Legal Intern and as Legal Intern in the Office of the Treasurer of the United States.
Cotronakis, an Archon of the Ecumenical Patriarchate, is currently Chairman of the Metropolis of Atlanta Endowment Fund and Chairman of Saint Mark Greek Orthodox Church Endowment Fund, where Emanuel and Elaine make their spiritual home. Emanuel and Elaine K. Cotronakis reside in Juno Beach, Florida, where Elaine serves on the Town Council. They are the parents of Zachary, newly appointed Executive Director of the American Hellenic Institute, and Lucas who is a student and basketball manager with Seton Hall University.
