Finance Minister Christos Staikouras on Tuesday said that the new support measures for the reduction of fuel costs which will be applied from July will have a three-month duration.
The minister did not gave further details on the size of the specific support and how this will be given because, as he said, a meeting with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis must be held first.
Asked by SKAI TV if the measures will be generous, Staikouras said that this depends, as what the economic staff may consider generous may be viewed by the citizens as merely “crumbs”.
