Dear Friends:
This is to remind you that tomorrow, on Sunday, December 18 at 4:00 PM there is a Paideia meeting at Cranston, RI Greek Orthodox Community.
The meeting is open to discuss anything is good and related to Paideia/URI Center for Hellenic Studies.
At the meeting you will receive a detailed report for the under construction Center for Hellenic Studies at URI.
At the meeting will bring to your attention the same main request we have from our lawyers in RI and out of RI, from Greek American Organizations, from friends and supporters around the country:
to request and have a meeting with Hon. RI Governor.
To visit RI political leaders and explain our feelings and our position.
As you know we receive this request for over two years now.
A few minutes ago I have received a telephone call and an email with the same request from Atty Georgios Komninos from Washington, DC area you can see also.
A few days ago received email with same questions from Mr. George Marafatsos, President of PanLaconian Federation of US and Canada.
Mr. Milton Athanasopoulos of New England Federation of Hellenic Societies is asking in every telephone conversation: when Ilias will decide Greek American representatives to visit RI political leaders?

From Connecticut to California Greek American Organizations and supporters are waiting for our decision.
Religious and other Greek American leaders want our RI Political leaders to know that it is a disgrace to all having a threat for demolition for years now of a Greek Orthodox Chapel, of a School, of an open air Greek theater, all partially constructed from the generosity and love of many people from RI and out of RI without one dollar coming from any government source.
All of us want to know what is our crime for people to try to give us a disgraceful punishment bringing shame to Greek name around the world.
All of us want to know if our project is the only project not to be completed on time.
All of us want to know if for every late project demolition is the solution.
All of us want to meet RI leaders because we love very much URI, we love RI, we love America, we love our Hellenic heritage, we love our children. This educational and cultural project is a contribution to everything we love for now and for the future.

I look forward seeing you tomorrow at the meeting.
For H S Paideia,
