The Minister of Tourism Vassilis Kikilias met with the member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TUI Group, Sebastian Ebel and the member of the Executive Committee and Director of Corporate and External Affairs of the Group, Thomas Ellerbeck.
Mr. Kikilias agreed with the top executives of the Group that for 2022 TUI will start operating in selected Greek destinations from the end of March, while Ebel and Ellerbeck characterized Greece as one of the most important destinations of TUI in the world and expressed the belief that in the next tourist season the Group will exceed the milestone of 3 million visitors in our country, which was achieved in 2019.
