Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis held a meeting with the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Administrative Committee at Maximos Mansion.
The premier stressed that “we attach great importance to issues of business financing, especially to small and medium-sized enterprises.” In this context, he noted that discussions with the Ministry of Development & Investments are underway towards mobilizing funds for financing SMEs.
“We also want to provide incentives for businesses wishing to merge, to join powers and become larger, to have economies of scale and financial benefits that come with that choice,” the PM further noted.
The meeting was attended by Development & Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis and Deputy Minister for Public Investments & Growth Pact Ioannis Tsakiris.
