“We are following closely the developments and express particular concern regarding the issue of the illegal intrusion of members of the settler organization Ateret Kohanim in the Little Petra Hotel in the Old City of Jerusalem,” the Greek foreign ministry said on Tuesday in a post on Twitter
The ministry also announced that Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias has spoken on the phone with his Israeli counterpart Yair Lapid, whom he asked for a resolution of the issue as soon as possible.
