The Hellinikon investment project relates to and is addressed to all Greek citizens and visitors to Greece, Latsis Group Chairman Spiro Latsis said at the formal inauguration of the coastal project southeast of Athens on Monday.
Hellinikon is the project of Lamda Development, a subsidiary of Latsis Group.
Speaking at the event via live connection, he said the project had linked three governments and several local authorities, and emphasized that the benefits from the development project also concern the economically vulnerable strata of the population.
Elaborating, he said that part of the project’s redidential housing plan concerns multi-storey apartment buildings, for which some buyers will pay the going market prices, while others can take advantage of Lamda Development’s premium and long-term contracts with the banking system. The aim, he underlined, is for everyone to enjoy the benefits of “The Ellinikon”, as the project is also known.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Development & Investments Minister Adonis Georgiadis and Lamda Development CEO Odisseas Athanasiou also spoke at the event that marked the official start of the Hellinikon real estate development project.
