Ηellenic Republic Asset Development Fund HRADF on Thursday announced the completion of a transafer of a 16% equity stake in Piraeus Port Authority to COSCO Shipping, following an amendment of a concession contract between the Greek state and Piraeus Port Authority and its ratification in Parliament.
COSCO paid 88 million euros for the purchase of the 16% stake in Piraeus Port Authority, plus 11.87 million in interest and a letter of guarantee worth 29 million euros.
