Nicholas John Pasyanos entered into eternal peace with our Lord on October 22, 2017. He was born in Marion, IN and graduated from Marion High School. He wanted to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Hawaii, the South Pacific and Japan. On his return home from the military he attended Indiana University and earned a BA Degree in journalism. He furthered his education and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Public Policy. Nicholas career was in government legislative finance and public affairs. He was a lobbyist for the Association of Indiana Counties, he served as Senior Director of Government Affairs for CEDIA; and later served as Executive Director for the Florida Swimming Pool Association. Nicholas is survived by his children John and AnnaMarie Pasyanos, his parents; John and Liberty Pasyanos, his siblings; Persephone, Demerta and Panayiotis and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling will be held on Thursday October 26, 2017 at Holy Trinity Greek, Orthodox Church from 4 to 8 pm with a Trisagion Service at 7 pm. Additional calling will be held on Friday October 27 at the church from 10 to 11 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers, IN. Memorial contributions may be given to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Flanner Buchanan-Zionsville are handling arrangements.
