A man missing after the sinking of a vessel carrying an unknown number of migrants was rescued from the sea south of Folegandros by a craft sailing in the area late on Wednesday. Three people were killed and 12 were rescued after the sinking in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The rescued man was transferred to a Coast Guard patrol boat and taken to Santorini.
The search for more survivors is continuing, with one Coast Guard vessels, three vessels sailing nearby and private craft.
