PwC Greece, expands its activity in Patras with the creation of a Technology Innovation Hub. The purpose of the operation of the Technology Innovation Hub is to utilize the local technology ecosystem for the development of innovative tools and the planning of actions that promote and enhance the integration of the most advanced technology solutions in social and business activity.

According to a relevant announcement, the high academic and technological background of Patras, as it has been shaped by the operation of one of the most important academic institutions and research centers in the country, along with the activation of many young and innovative companies, is expected to help achieve Technology Innovation Hub. In this direction, a Memorandum of Cooperation was recently signed between the University of Patras and PwC Greece, while a plan for the development of strong alliances with local bodies is to be implemented.

The development of innovation through the Technology Innovation Hub, creates reciprocal benefits for the local community, as on the one hand it creates new jobs by strengthening the economic cycle and on the other hand it contributes to the strengthening of the technological profile of the region, making it an attractive investment destination. It is noted that the new offices of PwC in Patras are under construction, while the staffing process has begun.
