The new board of managers of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) held its first meeting in Athens on Monday, in the presence of Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni.
Kefalogianni said it was vital for Greek tourism that GNTO be creative, flexible, and extroverted. Meeting current challenges requires strengthening the Greek tourism product image and identity globally, by promoting its unique characteristics more cohesively and using all new technology means.
The new board members, she said, were carefully chosen for their experience, skills, and love for Greek tourism, and will lead in opening a new cycle of creativity for Greek tourism, collectively.
