Crozer-Keystone Health System will host two free comprehensive screening events this spring at Media Medical Imaging (200 E. State St., Media) on Saturday, March 25, and at Crozer-Keystone at Broomall (30 Lawrence Rd., Broomall) on Saturday, May 20. These special events allow members of the community receive a range of screenings all in one place and at one time.
Pre-event registration is required for each event. A free continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., followed by screenings from 9 to 11:30 a.m. To register, call (484) 446-3647 or e-mail [email protected].
Screenings, information and walk-in appointments that will be available (subject to change):
- Glucose/cholesterol (fasting is required)
- Prostate PSA screening
- Breast exams
- Walk-in mammograms (please provide insurance information; Crozer-Keystone also has grant funding for those who may be uninsured)
- Skin cancer screenings
- Blood pressure screenings
- Bone density screenings
- Sleep disorder screenings
- Podiatry (foot) screenings
- Osteoporosis screenings
- Information about lung screenings and direct access colonoscopies.
