Nasos Gavellas defended his gold medal in the 100m (T11) at the Paris Paralympics, repeating his victory from Tokyo and becoming the first Greek to win gold in two consecutive Games.
Greek sprinter guided by Giannis Nyfantopoulos in the final clocked 11.02 seconds to claim the gold medal once again. Greece has now won 10 medals at the Paris Paralympics, including 2 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze.
