(Perth Amboy, NJ – July 5, 2022) – Hackensack Meridian Health, New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive health network, is pleased to appoint Patricia Carroll, FACHE as president, chief hospital executive for both Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center.

“I’m excited to welcome a truly dynamic leader to our team,” said Todd Way, president, central region, Hackensack Meridian Health. “I look forward to having Pat continue to advance the operational performance of both Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center, while enhancing patient care in our communities.”

Prior to joining Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center, Patricia served as chief operating officer for Palisades Medical Center and recently as interim president, chief hospital executive.

Pat’s past roles in healthcare include executive director for the Children’s Hospital of NJ at Newark Beth Israel, executive director at Irvington General, senior vice president for Operations at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and chief operating officer, Saint Peter’s Healthcare System in New Brunswick. Pat started her career as a NICU nurse from Newark Beth Israel Medical Center

Pat is a graduate of Boston College where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and then went on to achieve a Master of Perinatal Nursing Degree from Rutgers University, Newark, NJ. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare from Villanova University.
