The Hermes Expo International is getting ready to host its 30th exhibit showcase on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The show will open its doors to the public at 1 p.m. with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring distinguished guests and sponsors.
For over 30 years, Hermes Expo International has been organizing exhibit showcases connecting American businesses and Greek businesses in the American marketplace and Greece. Its unique networking platform is unmatched. It attracts business professionals and entrepreneurs from diverse industries looking to expand their business network and establish new economic ties. This year’s exhibit will showcase will run from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and it will feature various products, services, and businesses from various professional backgrounds with a heavy focus on the hospitality industry. A few businesses from Greece will also be exhibiting such as the Chamber of Korinthia, PITENIS Gourmet Food, THEONI Natural Mineral Water, PMS Printing House, and CheMa Laboratories.
Several Greek wines will also be featured at the Hermes Expo and available for tasting during Hermes Expo’s “Taste of Hellas,” which will take place at 3:30 PM.
The TGS educational seminars will take place with the first one at 2:30 PM and it will be on “The role of body language for effective communications,” hosted by Maggie Stavrianidis, Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HR at WIRB Copernicus Group. The second one will be at 3:30 PM and it will be on “Taking your business global,” hosted by Elayne McClaine, Regional Director-Middlesex County, NJ Small Business Development Center at Rutgers New Brunswick.

Honorees include Paul Kalamaras (SEVP, Investors Bank), Philip Christopher (President, of American Network Solutions and PSEKA), Dr. Zisis Chroneos (AHEPA Cooley’s Anemia Research), Vasilios Kolovos, (Founder, Kolovos Enterprises), Eleftheria Oikouta, (Educator), Meropi Kyrakou (Educator), John Kallas, (Co-founder, Pan Gregorians), Anthony Papamarkos (Owner, The Gray Cliff) and powerjournalist Markos Papadatos. The MC of the Awards Dinner will be Jason Stavrianidis, also known as Jason The Gemologist. The entertainment for the evening will be provided by DJ Tommy Karas and Stavros Theodorou. The dinner has sold out.
