Advertising rates, specifications, placements, and schedules are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Rates are not guaranteed until a signed agreement or insertion order has been received and confirmed by Hellenic News of America. All quoted rates are valid for 30 days from the date of proposal unless otherwise stated.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all advertising accounts. Payment is due prior to the start of any advertising campaign unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Failure to provide payment or valid billing information may result in delayed or forfeited placement.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled publication or campaign start date are subject to full payment. Failure to provide creative materials by the agreed deadlines may result in forfeited placement without refund.

Hellenic News of America reserves the right to reject any advertisement or sponsored content that does not meet publication standards, technical specifications, or align with our editorial values. The placement and positioning of advertisements are at the discretion of Hellenic News of America, unless otherwise guaranteed in writing.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content submitted. Hellenic News of America assumes no liability for errors in materials provided by the advertiser or for claims arising from the publication of advertisements.
