The Benaki Museum and Aria Hotels have formed a partnership to offer renting options at the Patrick and Joan Leigh Fermor Centre for the public. Groups ranging from two to three people and groups of up to fourteen are being invited to make reservations now for this coming summer.
A spokeswoman for Aria Hotels has announced that the house will be occupied for almost the entire month of June, but space during the months of July and August is still available.
There are three options for occupancy in three separate properties: the entire house, called “The Main House,” can be rented by up to fourteen people; the smaller “Traditional House,” can accommodate two to three guests comfortably; and “The Guest House,” adjacent to The Main House,” is ideal for two to three persons.
THE MAIN HOUSE. This historical house is perfect for groups of up to fourteen or for two to three people who would occupy two self-contained units. Below is a description of The Main House; it is on two levels and connected with an exterior staircase. It can be rented this summer during July and August at the rate of 2000 euros per night.

All guests in The Main House have access to the kitchen, dining area, living room. The pool is shared and from this property there is private access to the beach and parking area.
THE TRADITIONAL HOUSE. A smaller property, next to the main building, is available for rental in July and August 2019 for 1000 euros a night. Details include:

THE GUEST HOUSE. This is available during July and August, 2019, for a rate of 300 euros a night. Details are below:

EXCLUSIVE USE. Finally, if you are part of a group that would like to have exclusive use, the rate is 3400 per night during July and August and includes the following facilities and concierge services:

Spyridoula Tzoula, a representative of the Reservations Department of Aria Hotel, explained that “all rates are flexible and a fifty percent deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable if you decide to modify or cancel your reservation up to 21 days prior to the arrival date. Alternatively, we have the pleasure to offer you a 15% Early Bird Discount! In this case a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required upon confirmation.”

- All bookings for High Season to be secured by a 50% deposit upon confirmation (10% of total booking amount is non-refundable and is retained in any case of cancellation).

- For all cancellations 60-22 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 50% of total accommodation charges.
- For all cancellations 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 100% of total accommodation charges.
- No show fee, departure prior or arrival after the confirmed dates: 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance.
