Despite her successful brokerage, Jenny remains committed to her primary focus of delivering outstanding education through Superior Schools Early Learning.

Jenny’s journey in education began in 2004 when she co-founded the first Plato Academy Charter School with Steve Christopoulos. Focusing on the Greek language and culture, they recognized the critical need for effective educational leadership and management. To further enhance her capabilities in this regard, Jenny earned a bachelor’s degree in management and organizational leadership, followed by a Master’s Degree in Education from USF.

As an influential CEO, Jenny’s responsibilities extend beyond overseeing pre-schools and real estate ventures. She also manages before and after-school programs at all nine Plato Academy Charter Schools and provides summer camps throughout Pinellas and Pasco County. Furthermore, Jenny is actively involved in the construction of new charter schools, driving educational growth and expansion.
