ATHENIAN GYROS SANDWICH
6″ Chicago Pita Bread, warmed
4-6 oz. slices of Athenian Gyro
2 tomato slices
2 red onion slices
1 1/2 tbsp Greek Yogurt Tzatziki sauce
PREPARATION:
Heat pita bread on a flat top griddle until golden brown and toasted with bubbles inside top with 6 slices of hot Gyros, next place 2 tomato slices and 2 onion slices on top of meat. Top with 1 1/2 tbsp of Tzatziki sauce. Fold and serve immediately.

OLD WORLD CHICKEN GYRO SANDWICH

6″ Chicago Style Pita Bread, warmed
4-6 oz. portion of Old World Chicken Gyro
2 tomato slices
2 red onion slices
1 1/2 tbsp Grecian Delight Honey Mustard Sauce
PREPARATION:
Heat pita bread on a flat top griddle until golden brown and toasted with bubbles inside, top with 4-6 oz. portion of hot Old World Chicken Gyros, next place 2 tomato slices and 2 onion slices on top of meat. Top with 1 1/2 tbsp of Honey Mustard sauce. Fold and serve immediately.
OLD WORLD BEEF/LAMB GYRO SANDWICH

6″ Chicago Style Pita Bread, warmed
4-6 oz. portion of Old World Beef /Lamb
2 tomato slices
2 red onion slices
1 1/2 tbsp. (Skhug) Four Pepper Cilantro Sauce
PREPARATION:
Heat pita bread on a flat top griddle until golden brown and toasted with bubbles inside, top with 4-6 oz. portion of hot Old World Beef/Lamb Gyros, next place 2 tomato slices and 2 onion slices on top of meat. Top with 1 1/2 tbsp of (Skhug) Four Pepper Cilantro Sauce. Fold and serve immediately.
