For nearly 90 years the Order of AHEPA has hosted a dinner in honor of the Epiphany Celebrations held in Tarpon Springs, FL. Ahepa will once again host several important events in Tarpon Springs, Florida from January 4th to January 6th as part of the annual Epiphany Day celebrations. To kick off the four days of events, a short meet and greet will occur Friday January 3, 2025 evening at the AHEPA Home located at 20 West Tarpon Ave. Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. Supreme President Savas C. Tsivicos and several national officers will be in attendance.
Saturday morning will begin with the District 2 Golf Tournament with registration starting at 7:30 a.m. at Innisbrook Golf Resort. Mike Pantel of the Clearwater AHEPA chapter will be organizing this event and any inquiries can be made by calling (727) 461-6220 [email protected]. On Saturday AHEPA Supreme Lodge and AHEPA Board meetings take place at the Hilton Clearwater Resor at 1PM.
Later the same evening, the local community will be hosting the Epiphany Ball which will start at 7 p.m. at Theophilos Hall in the Spanos Pappas St. Nicholas Community Center.
On Sunday January 5, 2025 the annual Blessing of the Fleet, starts at 1 p.m. at Sponge Docks, followed by the AHEPA Epiphany Banquet which is being held at the Safety Harbor Resort Hotel and Spa later that evening. Monday will begin with an open breakfast for AHEPA Family and Guests at the AHEPA Home 20 West Tarpon Ave. Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. It will be followed by the Feast of the Epiphany, the Divine Liturgy, and the Great Blessing of the Waters, all at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
