“The ‘Agenda 2030’ is not only a roadmap for the necessary reform of the Armed Forces. It goes beyond that. It has a clear value framework. Conservative, reformist and at the same time progressive. It renews the bond of the Armed Forces with Greek society,” Minister of National Defense, Nikos Dendias, said on Tuesday.
Dendias expressed his wishes for health, prosperity, and progress to the officers of the Armed Forces and emphasized: “In 2024, we laid the foundations for the strongest Armed Forces of modern Greece. With the ‘Agenda 2030’ as a roadmap.”
“Greek society,” he pointed out, “is proud of its Armed Forces. The Armed Forces symbolize for all of us the timelessness of Hellenism. The faith in our values, in our traditions, in the sacrifices of our ancestors.”
