PALM HARBOR, FL – A spectacular showcase featuring the nation’s most talented young adults is hosted by Tampa Bay Communities.

 

The 4th Annual Hellenic Arts Festival on Saturday, February 17 will feature 140 rising stars from across the country.

The performers include vocalists, violinists, pianists, ballroom dancers, Hellenic Dancers and much more.

 

Original pieces and traditional Greek folk music as well as a performance by European X Factor winner Harry Antoniou AND special performance by USF chorus are among the featured acts.

 

“I love getting to do what I love,” Victoria Arvanitis said, a 17-year-old vocalist from   New Port Richey.

“The show began as a local draw of talent from around Tampa bay parishes and has now expanded to having incredible talent from all over the country to join us here in Tampa Bay in an “Off Broadway” kind of show”, Koulianos said..   “Amazing Show” says Vassi Rousakis.

 

“It’s amazing to see these kids so proud of their Hellenic roots and American Heritage,” Koulianos said.

 

The show begins at 6:00 PM at the Palm Harbor University Theater at 1900 Omaha Street. Two hours of awesome talent back to back!

 

Among the dignitaries who will be attendance include Congressman Gus Bilirakis, Congressman Michael Bilirakis, Tarpon Springs Mayor Chris Alahouzos, Consul General Dimitrios Spiros and His Eminence Metropolitan Alexios of Atlanta.

 

“The participants are exceptionally talented. The caring parents encourage their children to express themselves in an environment that’s supportive and loving,” Metropolitan Alexios said.

“The youth is excited and are inspired by each other to challenge themselves in a productive and creative way,” he said.
