Bilirakis Meets with Key Leader of Greek Parliament to Discuss Potential for Greater Partnership

Washington, DC:   Congressman Gus Bilirakis is pleased to report on the informative and productive meeting he participated in this week with the Honorable Vassilis Kikilias, Member of Hellenic Parliament and spokesman for Greece’s conservative party, New Democracy (see attached photo).  As Co-Chair of the Congressional Hellenic-Israel Alliance, Congressman Bilirakis is always seeking to leverage partnership opportunities between our strongest allies in the Eastern Mediterranean: Greece, Cyprus and Israel.  The two leaders engaged in a meaningful discussion about Greece’s increasing role in protecting Western security interests and the development of greater energy cooperation between allied nations.
