Fishkill, NY, October 19, 2018 – Now located at 300 Westage Business Center Drive, Suite 230, Fishkill, NY 12524 — at the intersection of two major highways (Route 9 and I-84). Members, staff, customers and vendors will find it easier to get to us and will be greeted in our new professional reception area.
Pan Gregorian wanted to find a new office that was lower cost, yet modern and functional. After an extensive search, we selected a quality office building that is conveniently located and is walkable to a variety of shops and dining options for our staff and guests to enjoy.
The new space was leased as an empty shell allowing us to efficiently partner with the landlord to build a pleasant and functional open plan office. In addition to our modern reception area, we have open seating for staff, a comfortable collaboration area adjacent to a small kitchen/pantry, and a large meeting room that is actively used by the Membership’s Board for their regular meetings.
The office’s openness enhances the flow of information, teamwork, enables our lean staff to be highly efficient and effective, and it also provides the entire space with access to natural light and a pleasant view.
The result was so much more than we hoped for… we dramatically reduced our office expense without sacrificing function or efficiency in our service.
