The Municipality of Paros continues the effort for promotion and establishment of the island as a tourist destination. The Municipality organized in September familiarization trips of international “travel bloggers”.
According to a relevant press release, the island was visited by Katherine Banks who specializes in luxury tourism and visited Paros as part of a tribute to wine tourism. The islnad, also, was visited by and the German travel bloggers, Ella & Thomas Jastram, creators of the German travel blog greece-moments.com.
Finally, the producers of a series of cultural documentaries visited the island of Paros. The series is screened in Europe and the U.S. and focuses on historical, archaeological, cultural and religious monuments and sights.
